The
Kama
Yogi eBook
centers on
the practice of Kundalini Yoga which is a yogic tradition that is focused on sexuality. It contains a series of poses, deep breathing,
and meditation that significantly improve the sex lives of men. Streams of energy are
raised in the body by means of conscious postures (Asanas) and strenuous
breath control (Pranayama). These sequences engender a state of
supreme health.
Kama Yogi
will open the hips and groin, loosen the pelvis, massage the prostate, and
promote healthy blood flow to the reproductive glands and pelvic region.
Different poses
act upon specific chakras, which directly impact eroticism by unleashing and
increasing sexual energy. In addition, greater blood flow to muscles acts
to stimulate the nervous system leaving you more invigorated and energized!
Simply practice our 20 minute daily routine consistently and intensify these effects on your body over time through:
ASANAS
Asana
is Sanskrit for "seat". It is no accident that this word was chosen to describe
the "posture" of Yoga. The idea of the "seat" in this context refers not only to
the physical position of the body, but to the position of the spirit in relation
to Divinity. This idea is often referred to as the "One Seat", by Yogis and
Buddhists alike. The practice of asana promotes muscle flexibility,
and bone and hard tissue strength, as well as massaging the organs and bringing
into balance various internal and external functions.
PRANAYAMA
Pranayama
is generally defined as breath control. The word pranayama is comprised of two
roots: prana plus ayama. Prana means 'vital energy' or 'life force'. It is the
force that exists in all things, whether animate or inanimate. Although closely
related to the air we breathe, it is more subtle than air or oxygen. Therefore, pranayama
should not be considered as mere breathing exercises aimed at introducing extra
oxygen into the lungs. Pranayama uses breathing to influence
the flow of prana in the nadis or energy channels of the body.
MEDITATION
Meditation is the
practice of focusing the mind, often formalized into a specific routine.
Meditation is usually recognized as a component of Eastern religions,
originating in Vedic Hinduism. It encompasses any of a wide variety of spiritual
practices which emphasize mental activity or quiescence. Meditation can also be
used for personal development, such as the exercises of Hatha Yoga. Many
practice meditation in order to achieve eternal peace, while others do it in
order to get healthier and friendlier. From the point of view of psychology,
meditation can induce an altered state of consciousness. However, many religious
people would challenge the assumption that such mental states (or any other
visible result) are the "goal" of meditation. The goals of
meditation are varied, and range from spiritual enlightenment, to the
transformation of attitudes, to better cardiovascular health.
